RRXB kits have evolved over the last year as I have been searching for the BEST paste avaliable. My kits now come with a hybrid paste that contains silver and graphite. I have found this to be nice and thick so as to allow you to create a nice thin even layer on the dies. It also conducts the heat a lot better than normal silver paste.
My paste has a Thermal Conductivity of >4.5W/m-k and Thermal Resistance of <0.067C-in²/W
The instructions you get access to with this kit are excellent. I have developed these and added more and more pictures over time. They are 18 pages of detailed instructions with pictures.
